RedKey is Proud to Support City Greens Market's Growing City Greens Fundraiser
At RedKey, we believe that building a stronger St. Louis goes beyond buying and selling homes. That's why we're proud to sponsor Growing City Greens, City Greens Market's annual fundraiser celebrating community, local food, and the people working every day to make our city healthier and more connected.
The event takes place Tuesday, September 22, from 6:30–9:30 p.m. at the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis. Guests will enjoy farm-to-table bites, local beer and wine, live music, art, games, and plenty of opportunities to connect with others who care about the future of our community.
City Greens Market has been making fresh, locally sourced food more accessible since 2008. Founded by a group of neighborhood women known as the Midtown Mamas, the nonprofit grocery store was built on a simple idea: everyone deserves access to fresh, healthy food, regardless of income.
Today, City Greens works with more than 100 local farmers and over 80 local businesses to provide fresh food at cost through a sliding-scale membership model. They also offer Community Meals, Free Soup Fridays, grocery delivery for neighbors with transportation challenges, and are planning to expand into Dutchtown to reach even more families in the years ahead.
Organizations like City Greens make St. Louis stronger. They're creating healthier neighborhoods, supporting local farmers and businesses, and ensuring more families have access to the food they need.
Supporting organizations like this is an important part of who we are at RedKey. Through our varied give back initiatives, we're committed to investing in nonprofits that make our city—and the people who call it home—healthier, happier, and more connected.
A few members of the RedKey team will be there that evening, and we'd love to see you there, too. If you're looking for a fun night out that also supports an incredible local organization, we hope you'll join us for Growing City Greens. Tickets can be purchased here.
