RedKey CEO Jill Butler founded the company in 2012 after almost three decades in corporate brokerages. Her relentless pursuit of excellence and creating a company culture centered on supporting the best interests of its employees, agents, clients, and the community has propelled RedKey's exponential growth.

She leads a team of experienced, high-minded, passionate real estate professionals dedicated to the use of high-tech and high-touch services to provide an unparalleled level of service to clients.

Jill is well known in the St. Louis Community for her advocacy and nonprofit philanthropy. She was recognized as a 2022 Titan 100, which recognizes the top 100 CEOs & C-level executives in St. Louis. Jill has also led RedKey to be recognized as a Top 25 Real Estate Firm and a Top St. Louis Workplace. She is defined by her innovative perspective, calculated risk taking, and bold commitment to doing things differently.

In fact, the unofficial mascot of RedKey (and perhaps the creature Jill would most likely identify as her spirit animal) is the honey badger, known for its fearlessness, tenacity, and determination. She has created a culture of win-win success where everyone feels encouraged and supported.

BJ Sonderman

O'Fallon Director of Agent Services

Licensed in Real Estate for over 20 years, BJ has been an agent, trainer/mentor, and Broker/Manager. In his role at RedKey, he oversees agent development, coaching, talent attraction, culture growth, as well as business growth of the company. As Managing Broker, BJ is also responsible for Compliance and problem solving with RedKey agents After spending nearly two decades working at a big box real estate company, RedKey's culture and passion for people became an instant attraction. He especially loves that RedKey lives by the three principles of love, service, and fun.

Holly Even

Chesterfield Director of Agent Services

Holly Even is the Director of Agent Success at RedKey Realty Leaders in Frontenac, specializing in recruiting and supporting real estate agents who are eager to develop their full potential or seeking a supportive company. With over a decade of experience in real estate, including in the luxury market, Holly is deeply committed to nurturing agent growth and development through educational opportunities, sales meetings, and organizing office events. She is widely recognized for her enthusiastic support of agents, embodying RedKey's core values of Love, Service, and Fun, and plays a pivotal role in cultivating the company's vibrant culture for overall success.

Jenn Cloud

Marketing Director

In her role as Director of Marketing, Jenn is responsible for guiding RedKey's brand and communications work and empowering RedKey agents with marketing pieces to supercharge their business growth.

Jenn has worked, in some capacity, with RedKey for more than a decade and has been delighted to grow into a leadership role here. Prior to joining RedKey in this capacity, Jenn served as a Marketing Lead for a venture-funded cryptocurrency marketplace.

When she isn't helping RedKey agents, she loves being with friends and family, hiking, and boating. She also loves to crochet and knit.

Ashley Nation

Marketing Specialist

Ashley is a seasoned marketer with over a decade of experience in digital and traditional marketing, branding, and public relations. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to understanding consumer motivations, enabling brands to sharpen their marketing strategies for optimal impact. She excels in creating and leveraging original, organic content. Prior to joining RedKey, Ashley held several marketing positions. She lives in St. Charles County with her husband, rescue dog, and two rescue cats.

Mary Chege

O'Fallon Coordinator of Agent Success

As the senior Coordinator of Agent Services at the Redkey Realty Leaders O'Fallon office, Mary is passionate about the growth and development of agents, not only in their real estate career but also in their personal development. She facilitates tools and services offered by RedKey, to help agents meet and exceed their goals, in an environment that is both creative and fulfilling. Mary loves to travel, both locally and internationally, is a great cook, and enjoys time on the beach.

Emily Will

Frontenac Coordinator of Agent Success

In her role as Chesterfield Coordinator of Agent Success, Emily is responsible for onboarding agents by setting them up with tools and resources to ensure their success at RedKey. She enjoys the collaborative atmosphere at RedKey and the fact that you will always find a helping hand any time you walk into any of RedKe's three offices! Before joining RedKey, Emily had a career in retail and was responsible for onboarding new hires. When she is not working, she enjoys volunteering her time at church.

Ed Kidd

Chesterfield Coordinator of Agent Success

In this role, Ed is responsible for assisting RedKey agents by helping them maximize the resources available to them. It is his job to make sure the agents are set up for success. Prior to joining RedKey, Ed worked in logistics and operations. When he is not working, Ed enjoys all that St. Louis has to offer, trying a new craft beer, and catching a sporting event.

Courtney Goldacker

Frontenac Community Coordinator

In her role as Community Coordinator, Courtney welcomes visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel, manages supplies for the office, and creates print marketing materials for our agents. She loves the family feel of working at RedKey. Prior to joining RedKey, Courtney worked in marketing for a plumbing and HVAC company. She graduated from the University of Missouri and, when she is not working, she enjoys live music, bike riding, trying new restaurants, beating people at Jeopardy, and watching reality TV.

Stacey Bridson

Finance Coordinator

In Stace's role as Finance Coordinator, she is responsible for RedKey's daily finance operations. She administers finance records including sales tracking, agent commissions and billing, banking, and coordinates accounts payable. Prior to joining RedKey, Stacey was an office administrator at a celebrity photo agency. When she isn't working, her mom duties keep her busy.

Mallory Cunningham

Payroll/AP Coordinator

As Payroll/AP Coordinator, Mallory is responsible for making sure RedKey staff and vendors are paid. She also assists with monthly account reconciliations. Before she landed at RedKey, she worked in the financial services industry for over a decade. When she is not working, Mallory loves spending time with her family, gardening, and being outdoors.

Garb Bucchino

Executive Assistant to CEO

As RedKey's executive to the CEO, Garb brings Jill Butler's visions to life through collaboration and efficient implementation. Her favorite part about working at RedKey is the mission-driven culture that fosters inclusivity and positivity, making each day fulfilling. With a background in music management, Garb values creativity and connection. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, reading, crafts, and spending time with her nieces.

Holly Foley

Graphic Designer

In her role as graphic designer, Holly is; responsible for creating custom marketing pieces for RedKey agents and the brokerage. She loves working alongside agents to design marketing pieces that they are proud to use to promote themselves and their listings. She enjoys RedKe's culture of kindness, support, and collaboration among office staff and agents. Before she worked at RedKey, Holly was a Project Coordinator at St. Louis Children's Hospital Foundation. When she is not working ,she loves spending time with her husband and four children.

Natali Grgas

Relocation Coordinator

Natali's path in relocation began nineteen years ago with Laffey Real Estate, a luxury real estate broker serving the Queens and Long Island regions of New York. During that time, she had the opportunity to learn the sector, developing excellent customer service skills along with the ability to form and cultivate relationships throughout the global relocation network, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

A few years later, Natali was given the chance to build the relocation and referral department for Brooklyn, NY’s largest independent real estate broker from the ground up. As her experience and relationships continued to grow, in the last six years, she has been able to offer her experience and services to various brokers simultaneously by establishing her own company.

Natali now resides in San Diego with her daughter, Evangeline. When not working and when her daughter is not attending school, she can be found bike riding around their neighborhood (with pit stops, of course, at their local Starbucks), roller skating at their local outdoor rink (her daughter’s newly-found favorite activity!), or throwing impromptu dance parties in their living room.
