Circa Properties Merges with RedKey Realty Leaders
Independent brokerage with city presence joins independent St. Louis powerhouse
St. Louis, Mo. – RedKey Realty Leaders, a top-performing independent regional real estate agency, has announced they will welcome Circa Properties, a unique boutique brokerage with a strong St. Louis city presence. The partnership between the two entities became official on January 15, 2025. Clients and agents will benefit from increased market share, additional resources and office locations, and more. The transaction adds 30+ high-performing agents to RedKey’s approximately 200 current agent count and 2 staff members to RedKey’s existing staff of 13 professionals. David Nelson will be joining RedKey’s Marketing Department and Christy Beilsmith will remain the Broker in the Tower Grove office.
Circa founder, Christopher Thiemet, and partners Johanna Dueren, Joel Svoboda, and Jen Ross will join RedKey’s group of high-impact agents.
