Ryan Schwab

Ryan Schwab is an operations-driven real estate leader with a deep foundation in both the business and brokerage sides of the industry. A Pennington native, Ryan’s introduction to real estate began early, working as an assistant to a top-producing agent - an experience that shaped his understanding of client service, production, and the day-to-day realities of the business. After earning his bachelor’s degree from New York University, he expanded his expertise on the corporate side of real estate, leading training initiatives, supporting IT systems, and managing large-scale program rollouts. This experience built the operational backbone that now defines his leadership style - blending strategy, systems, and people to create scalable success.

Today, Ryan serves as a senior leader at RedKey Realty Leaders, where he oversees operations, agent experience, and company-wide initiatives. In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership to drive growth, strengthen internal infrastructure, and ensure agents are supported with the tools, training, and environment needed to perform at a high level. Known for his ability to connect vision with execution, Ryan plays a key role in shaping the company’s direction while maintaining a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and long-term sustainability, bringing a well-rounded perspective informed by his experience across markets from New Jersey to the Midwest.
