Real Estate Agent

About Lisa
It’s rare that you find a profession that aligns with your skillsets and passions; I consider myself one of the lucky ones. Coming from a family of real estate professionals, I’ve always had a unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in the industry—which made my decision to follow in my father’s and sister’s footsteps as a REALTOR® an easy one. I knew that my authentic desire to make a difference in the lives of others would combine with my goal-oriented nature and competitive spirit to benefit clients. And for more than two decades it has.

As I’ve helped thousands of individuals buy and sell residential and commercial properties throughout the central corridor of St. Louis, I’ve learned that there is a distinct difference between being good at real estate and being an extraordinary real estate agent. While I am certainly the former, I choose every day to be the latter by becoming:

Your Advisor.
As a former All-American soccer goalie, I know how to take the lead and guide teams to victory. These sports skills readily translate to the real estate playing field. I prioritize relationships and interactions, as opposed to transactions. I know when to listen, and when to aggressively move forward or strategically pull back to accomplish my clients’ goals. I am a teammate, a team captain, and a coach, all at appropriate times throughout the buying and selling process to benefit clients.

Your Consultant.
After working in real estate for over two decades, I’ve gained industry knowledge and, perhaps more importantly, I’ve gained perspective. The market fluctuates: tried and true best real estate practices do not. Each property is a new opportunity to study the current market, analyze trends, and evaluate the competition. As a true consultant, I educate my clients about the pros and cons of different buying and selling strategies so they remain informed throughout the process.

Your Negotiator.
It’s not by chance that every house I’ve listed since 2011 has sold, or that my sellers, on average, receive over 96% of their asking price at the closing table. My purposeful strategy, customized for each client, ensures success. Regularly, hundreds attend my open houses to view the properties I’ve had professionally staged. And, more often than not, my listings receive multiple offers. Why? My computer and math degrees help me approach every real estate challenge analytically, and my competitive sports background drives me to advocate effectively for my clients. Each listing is a unique challenge and has a customized solution; when the puzzle pieces come into place, everyone benefits.

Most importantly, at the end of the day, I am here for you. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling one that holds years of memories, you need a guide and an advocate along the way. Hundreds of clients just like you have benefited from my educational and empathic approach.

From single family homes, multifamily properties, acreage and build-able lots, to condos, town homes, office buildings, and land, I have the expertise and experience to partner with you as you navigate the real estate market. I specialize in St. Louis’ central corridor including University City, Clayton, Ladue, Town & Country, Olivette, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, St. Louis City, Central West End, Webster Groves, Kirkwood, Des Peres, and the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, but have helped clients throughout the region. Additionally, I assist clients nationwide by connecting them with my network of specialized Realtors and industry leaders to meet their needs in any location.
