Having started her career in healthcare administration & spending close to 10 years managing physician practices, Kris decided in 2001 that she was ready to pursue a career that she had been interested in since the early 1980s when her family relocated from Columbus, Ohio to Springfield, Missouri. She was blessed that year to join a very successful St. Louis real estate team as one of the team’s Buyer’s Agents but quickly started taking her own listings as clients began asking her to handle both sides of their transaction.
Kris’ success lies in the fact that she is an extremely detail-oriented person who cares about her clients as if they were a member of her own family. For buyers, she is relentless in helping her clients find “the house” …and once they find it, she will talk through the pros and cons of the home from a resale perspective. To Kris, it’s not about a quick sale; it’s about helping her clients make an informed decision when moving their money into what is, for most people, their largest investment! As for sellers, Kris will do whatever it takes to help her listings sell. Every detail…from the home’s write-up and photos in MLS to gaining as much market exposure as possible to keeping it spotless and show-ready while it’s on the market…is of utmost importance in Kris’ home-selling process. Finally, once her clients are under contract, Kris thrives on making transactions as smooth as possible, making sure to prepare her clients for & inform them of each step along the way.
Kris’ educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration, all from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has been married to her husband, Jon, since 1991 and is the proud mother of twins, Joe and Leah, who both attend the University of Missouri-Columbia
