Jennie Larsen, SRS, MRP, PSA
Real estate is a natural fit for Jennie. Her diversified background allows her to serve a wide range of client needs. With over 15 years experience in management, 14 years in sales, and 3 years in interior decorating, she applies her skills to market her client’s properties to ensure a timely sale and guides them in preparing their home for this very competitive market.
Continuing education is of the utmost importance in providing the highest standard of service to her clients, and is proud to hold a SRS (Sales Representative Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations as well as a MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification.
She stepped away from the workforce to raise her two children (now young adults), but later spent 5 years as the Director of Marketing for global financial services firm. In 2012 she found out that her Mother was fighting a losing battle to cancer. A disease Jennie ironically fought herself in 2009. The loss of her mother prompted her to pursue a real estate career in order to find a balance between her career and family life.
Jennie has always had a passion for helping others and spent many years volunteering/financially supporting different charities and organizations throughout the St. Louis and St. Charles communities. She recently established an outreach program for divorcees called “Next Chapter.” She uses her own personal story to help guide those contemplating, experiencing, or recovering divorce.
During her free time, she enjoys sketching drawings of her clients’ homes, as this is often part of her closing gift. She loves spending time with her children, family, and friends. She has always enjoyed sports growing up and golfs whenever she finds the time. One of her goals was to complete a triathlon in the memory of her mother. In fact, she completed several.
Creating memories that enrich her life is her focus and is very grateful that some of those greatest memories are with her clients.
